They had gotten dripped on.
Most were ruined.

Then I noticed ... what interesting patterns
Kind of like having a psychedelic frame!

I don't feel quite so bad now ...
Although I lost a lot of pictures,
I still have memories.

Shopping List

I found this shopping list in my grocery cart last week.
I just had to laugh ...

Plavix (helps to prevent blood clots due to cholesterol issues).

Now the shopping list ...

Crackers (usually lots of fat)

Cheese (oh yeah!)

Pretzels (not so bad but more fat than you think)

Chips (the worst!)

Grapes (okay, must have at least 1 healthy item, just in case my doctor finds this list)

Drinks (not so much fat but lots of sodium and sugar)

And Last But Not Least ...
(after all those snacks)

A toothbrush (maybe to get rid of demon Dorito breath?)

I wonder if any of my shopping lists ever made someone giggle hysterically???
Somehow I wouldn't be surprised.

Found at Goodwill ...

When I go to the Goodwill Outlet store, I always look for interesting bits of paper that end up in the bottom of the bins.

This is a sampling of what I found when I made the trek to Salem last Sunday.

Advertising for a rain bonnet ... a package of Marigold seeds, A Disney playing card of Dewey, and a note proclaiming that Bailey loves me.

Not bad for 89 cents a pound.

I'm not sure why, but this ad just cracked me up! The things we women have gone through for the sake of "beauty" and being slender.

And the built-in torpedo bra!!!

Must have been invented by a man!

Lustre-Creme Shampoo

My mom picked this ad out from my found box of clippings.
It was a nostalgic moment.
You see, she used Lustre-Creme Shampoo ... it was something her mom bought for her. She used it from the time she was a child all through her teenaged years.

Maybe that's why she still has such beautiful hair???
