This is another picture I found in Grampa and Granda G's travel album.
As before, I don't know the date this was taken ... sometime in the 1970's or 1980's.
But this time I do know WHERE it was taken -
Do you see the little sign peeking out between the legs of the statue?
"Trees of Mystery" - Northern California US.

Trees of Mystery - such an enigmatic name! Very interesting!
Interesting statue. I'm so glad you know where this photo was taken!
It looks like a rendition of the End of the Trail sculpture.
Must have been a nostalgic find for you!
I wonder if they planned that. We have so many old photos where a few were written on the back but most were not, as if we got bored with the process or figured we'd remember.
Such an interesting name...know you love finding these special momentoes.
Wow trees of mystery very catchy name. Happy weekend!
Signs
Very cool shot and yes, I can see the sign! :-)
Interesting entrance; the trees of mystery sign is intriguing
Nice shot! I hope you don't mind, I'm borrowing your "Show us your old stuff" line for tomorrow's post. It could become a slogan!
I love this photo! I've been there!!!
