Like this fashion ad I found in a pile of magazine clippings in the recycle bin at my old storage unit - a long time ago ...
I had to laugh at the description ...
"Gay-as-a-musical clothes whirl you into fall and winter at the drop of a tiny (bank) note!"

I rather like the dress. And that woman sure does look happy wearing it!
I love the dress--but you're right, the description is just hilarious--especially in today's world. (grin)
