I was caught by the wonderful picture on the front - the rag doll on the wooden car being stopped by the toy policeman!
It's adorable!

That is a fun scan - I also love that picture on the front. I wish I could play music.
Looking back on history like this is entertaining - I guess Nacio Herb Brown must have been famous and had a string of "Doll" hits back then. A quick web search turned up a Wikipedia entry on him.
